North Bay Premier Club
North Bay Premier Club was established in 2020 with a clear vision: to provide high-quality soccer training while developing young athletes both on and off the field. What began with just three original teams has grown into a thriving youth soccer organization based in Santa Rosa, California. Our club is dedicated to fostering youth development through the game of soccer by combining competitive play, skill development, and character building. We place a strong emphasis on core values such as discipline, resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship, helping players grow not only as athletes but as individuals.
North Bay Premier Club is a proud member of NorCal Premier Soccer, the leading developmental youth soccer organization in Northern California. Our teams compete across multiple NorCal Premier divisions, including regional leagues and the NorCal State Cup. For our younger age groups (U9–U12), the club has participated in knockout rounds and regional matches hosted throughout late 2025, gaining valuable competitive experience.
Today, North Bay Premier Club supports more than 10 active competitive teams, marking significant growth from our humble beginnings. This expansion reflects our commitment to quality coaching, player development, and creating a positive, challenging environment where players can reach their full potential.
As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: to develop confident, disciplined, and resilient young athletes through the game of soccer.
